On-time shipping & tracking score

Hi, I've only been selling on Etsy since May and I'm working to get myself to Star Seller status.  I have met almost all criteria but my On-time shipping & tracking score is only at 90% and target is 95%. 

I have shipped everything on time but I think what happened was I failed to put an expected processing lead time when I was posting my sales post.  So now it shows that I have 3 orders missing processing time.  How can I get this corrected?

Edit your shipping profile and attach to applicable listings.

Make sure you are shipping within the processing time frame.

You will want to add shop policies.

Also make sure you can sell your plants domestically.  Some states have laws.  You may need a certificate or licensing.
