I have a cancelled order from April still showing up in my orders list
Can someone please take it off there?

I've had the same issue a while ago. It was because the buyer wasn't refunded entirely, there was a difference of a few cents between the amount of the purchase, and the amount of the refund. I think this was due to conversion rates?! Not sure.
Because the cancelled order still 'had to be shipped' according to my Etsy dash, I contacted Etsy support through chat multiple times until the issue was finally sent to the technical side of Etsy. There they solved it but it took some time and patience.
Oh we used to be able to post here and they would fix it. But I haven't had this happen in a long time. This was a US order. She just accidentally ordered twice so I had to cancel one
Did you also fully refund the cancelled one?

I kind of thought that but wasn't positive.
I cancelled and refunded a buyer on August 13th and it's still shows in my Completed Orders, so maybe it's a glitch.
@CreativeARTifacts: Not a glitch - cancelled orders SHOULD appear in 'completed' as they essentially have been completed. All orders which we have cancelled since day one are still in the 'completed' tab.
The glitch would be if a cancelled order did not move into 'completed'.

Yes it does.
You probably just refunded that would not delete it go back in and hit cancel now, it won’t do anything other than remove it from you current listings and give you your listing fee back too.

I guess I don't know. I thought they always disappeared after a few days. I just searched my orders for "canceled" and only three show--from 2017, not the one from last month, so I don't know where they actually go. Guess my chiming in wasn't helpful.
Okay, I just looked, Nana is right, there is a list on the right side in "Completed." You can choose "Canceled" and see all the orders you have ever canceled. Never really paid attention to that list.
I think if you mark it as "Complete" manually, it will send a ship notice to your customer. I'm not sure if it does that if you ask Etsy to remove it. Maybe if you try to chat with them, they can fix it?
I have an order from 2019 that still shows on the app, but not on my desktop. It also still shows in PirateShip. It was partially refunded & I marked it as complete. I figure that counts as a glitch?
There is no option to mark it complete or anything else. This used to be a fairly common glitch and we would just post them in tech and someone would remove them. But I guess now we have to go thru support
This is an old canceled order still showing in current orders. it says "canceled" and "fully refunded" Its just irritating to have to look at it every day lol. I guess I will try Etsy support. Wish me luck
edited to add: I contacted chat support this morning and they said they will refer it to tech support. I wonder why chat support is so slow? They also said it won't affect my shop scores. Umm I never thought it did?? LOL. I have a feeling that cancelled order is going to stay there forever
