I'm getting this BS "Oh dear, you can't sell this on Etsy" response on some of my 3d printed items when I try to list them. I don't get what the issue is!!!???? Why can't Etsy say WHY I can't sell it? Or have some tiny shred of support to help sellers with issues? I have items of the exact same type on there with no issues...none of my items violate their policies... what is going on? I found that some terms like "ladybug" are banned---I put a dash in between lady and bug to solve that issue, but not sure what to do on these others... The filter is getting soo strict that it's causing me to get a migraine just trying to navigate it on top of all their other unknown restrictions... is there some kind of trick with this?
Maybe the bots think you are selling live animals?
Ok, so what is it that you're trying to list? We can't help you if you don't give us more detail.
We can only guess at your issue.

@HoustonFrogs - In all seriousness, your shop is going to be an Etsy bot favorite. In titles alone I see the words "Amber", "Egg Shells", "Weeping Moss", "Real Butterfly".
For items that are real plants or plant parts you have excluded the scientific names so that could cause issues.
Also, it has been mentioned that the bots have image recognition ability. So in theory, if a photo of an item is realistic enough maybe it could cause a deactivation.
Are you getting that Etsy message at the time of listing? That's good news!
But yes, it would be nice to also have it linked, somehow, to the rules that shows why it's not allowed.
