I buyer ordered 2 scarves this month, I posted them separately. There was a delay for the 2nd order in delivery so I refunded the buyer. I then received a nice message from the buyer saying that she received the 2nd scarf and would like to pay. So she paid, I sent her the relisted link. However my figures still show 128 online sales instead of 127. There is no Etsy Support, can anyone assist?

I have tried cancelling the order just now, however originally the order was for a green scarf and blue scarf made together, I refunded the blue scarf, then the blue scarf arrived and the buyer paid for the 2nd scarf in a separate listing. So I have 2 orders and 3 online sales, but really it needs to be 2 orders and 2 online sales. I posted the orders in the same transaction but in separate parcels as it was cheaper for 2 large letters than 1 small parcel, I recycled packaging and used some new labels I stock.
I didn’t cancel the sale, I couldn’t , I needed to keep it for accounts purposes, I forgot. It’s fair.
