I have issues with my Etsy seller app, I don't receive any notifications either from orders or messages from customers. I already updated the app

New or old app? I have both installed right now and get notifications on both.

@MadameBAntiqueStore  If you've enabled the options in the app, sometimes you also need to enable them in your phone settings.  Also make sure you have the volume up for Notifications in your phone - phones usually have separate volume levels for ringtones, notifications, and media/games.

Yes,it's all done, even in the telephone. They don't arrive anyway.

Same thing is happening for me. I have two Etsy shops and don't get notifications for either one. I have all settings set on Etsy and on my phone to receive them, but nothing. So I missed a message and now get dinged with the star seller for not responding in time. Every time Etsy rolls out something new it doesn't work as well as the original. The new seller app is not user friendly.

I have the opposite,  I am getting message notifications.  I checked and that is not turned on.

I have same issue with the new app. I am not getting notification about sales and messages. I check my phone and etsy notification settings also tried to uninstall new app and install it again but nothing seems to work. Don't know what else to do. Why change the app? The old one was working fine. Very frustrating.

I am also getting the same problem with Etsy messages.. Order notifications come in just fine. 

I have uninstalled the app and re-installed.. I get message notifications for a while, then they stop coming in. I have no idea why and I am a very technical person and all my notification settings are turned on, the Etsy app is not set on Mute, it has notifications enabled, a trusted app. 

This problem is causing me to miss the speedy reply Star Seller badge and on the old app, I would get every notification.

One out of 6 sales got a cha ching and literally no messages or reviews are getting a sound. I have deleted and reinstalled the seller app twice in 2 days, turned off and on notifications in my app and phone settings. Support really needs to chime in here please.

@InfidelProps @ionesAttic : This forum is full of threads about issues with app and eMail notifications.  The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop for messages and orders at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.

@BagmakerSupply yes, thanks I have read the entire thread. Hoping to get some traction by adding my concerns to get admin to take notice.
