Notifications gone!

Where are the notifications? The icon is gone from the bottom toolbar. I get a red dot over my favorites icon instead but when you tap on it there’s no way to see what notifications I may have received (i.e., a favorite is on sale, a store sent a coupon, a favorite store has new items…)

I am missing them too. I want to be able to see them on the mobile app. I'm sure I've missed sales and coupons I would have used.

After seeing your posts, I checked mine.  They are at the top of the page (notification bell shows updates).  However, this is on the same desktop computer I always use, Chrome, Windows 10).

I've never used the app (have heard it can be glitchy at times).  You could try un-installing and re-installing it.  Or use a browser instead.  Don't forget to clear cache/cookies and always use an updated browser (outdated ones are no longer supported by Etsy).

Hope this is helpful in some way, and wish I had more info for you.

I'm specifically talking about the Mobile app. My Desktop site is fine.

My app notifications have been coming in 16 hours late.  I had a sale tonight and two convos, none of which appeared as either a banner or sound notification on my Iphone.  This has been happening for a week.  The only way I see I have a sale is if I check email or go on my desktop.  Since I use my Iphone during the work day to manage my Etsy shop, this is very frustrating.  I've had others in FB groups report the same issues.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  I checked notifications on Settings and all is as it should be, so this must be an issue on Etsy's end that the notifications are not working.  I downloaded the purple Etsy app to use Explore and turned off notifications there as I was getting double sounds from both apps, so I turned notifications off on the purple app.  I just turned them back on.  Maybe one of the apps will work.  Help to fix this would be very appreciated!!!

@TahoeQuiltsand @PNWFarmhouseDesignCo : This issue (and many others) all seem to be related to how and when the Etsy Apps synchronize or don't - that is why it sometimes works to log out and then log back in or delete and reinstall the app. These actions appear to force the app to get fresh data. Then when the app finally updates, all the past due notifications show up. Even the best of mobile apps are going to have more problems because of the nature of the beast - but if an app is not well designed or implemented then it becomes a nightmare to maintain.
