Not sure if this is a glitch or what ! How do I print an order form in Euros not dollars ?

Not sure what’s going on but I have an order from the Netherlands and the packing slip is showing the price in Dollars not Euros. Etsy is helpfully telling me to mark the outside of the box with the price in Euros, the pricing on the customs label is in £, how do I know how much the customer paid in Euros and how much VAT they paid ?

The buyer selected dollars not euros. That’s why.

The packing slip is in the currency the buyer paid

when I buy from USA shops, to send to friends in the USA, I pay in £, so the packing slip is in £

You don't know the euro amount, as nothing was done in euros.

you can estimate, but that's all

The Packing Slip is in the buyer currency (at time of order).

The Order Receipt is in the shop currency.
