Starting around January month, my store has had a drop in sales and while trying to figure out the reasons, I found that on my home leptoped, discounts are not displayed on all items (I have discount enabled on all items in the store).
I've tried turning discounts off and on again and that solved my problem, but recently I discovered that my store is not displaying item prices (in Euros) correctly and they can be different on two identical listings with the same dollar prices.
I asked my friends from Ukraine to come in and see if their prices and discounts are displaying correctly - they are fine. My friend from Finland also has problems with displaying discounts and prices.
Also, my store recently received a Star Badge, but it was taken away from me after a couple days without any explanation. I have always shipped orders on time and I respond quickly to customers. What was the reason the store could have had the badge taken away? I think it's a bug.
I have not received any feedback from Etsy support so I am writing here.
