Not receiving emails from Etsy

I haven’t been receiving any emails from Etsy. I am only getting the emails if I buy something. 
Does anyone else have this problem? What should I do? I double-checked my settings and made sure there were no typos. It seems fine, but I’m not getting emails.

Yes, it is an Etsy glitch, that for some, dates back to 2019.
Etsy's email system and business notification delivery is not 100% reliable.

Every week Etsy sends me a ‘Hey, look at these’ email and ‘sign up to be the first to know when they go on sale’

It wouldn’t be so bad if they weren’t my own flippin’ listings!

I wrote this so that someone would tell me how to GET those emails.

I do not have a ‘bad attitude’ about your question, @QueenPopcorn , it’s a bad attitude about Etsy’s emails. Which, from what I’ve read in the forums, you are unlikely to get sorted.

Yes, I have had the same issue for years, but usually only with some emails.  Right now it is all policy emails, Etsy Success, and any buyer/promotional emails.

We've been experiencing the same thing for about a month. It's definitely not the email provider as they advise you to reach out to them, it's not the Etsy email addresses are not in your address book and yes the settings to receive email messages is on. We just have to wait for Etsy to fix it. I just wished when I reached out to them they would have told me that other people were having this same issue instead of me wasting time trying to figure it out. Etsy changes things daily we do not. Maybe if more people post about it they will look into it. Thanks everyone who posted about this so I didn't think it was just us.

Same is happening to me!  Stopped receiving any notifications from Etsy as of 8/15/22...no changes by email provider.

I am not getting sales, bank deposits, shipping label notification, Notification sent to buyer, and conversations in my email. I reached out to Etsy and they said they checked everything and it must be me. They said to change my browser, clean out my cache, check my spam etc. I did it all and still nothing in my email. Any suggestions for me. It is very concerning. laurajeandolls
