I've been trying for 3 days to unsuccessfully reach ETSY support but no response. I've been trying to open a seller account and it automatically gets suspended without even finishing the process. What's the issue? And no response from ETSY for 3 days? This is so frustrating! Please help?

Not sure what you mean, since you have an active shop. Are you trying to open a second shop? Etsy may be looking at what you're selling in your first shop and deciding if the items meet the definition of handmade (not saying they don't - perhaps you design the bags - but the use of the word "curated" raises a question).
