Is anyone else having this problem. I get a notification on my phone but nothing in my email. This is a huge issue.

All the above does it take you in a circle with absolutely no way to email anyone. Not helpful
And all of my settings are correct.
For order notifications it is always best to visit shop via the web at least once a day and not rely on emails. Emails can be fussy and lost. I use them only as backup.
Don’t rely on emails. They can get hung up in servers.
