Not receiving SMS verification codes

I posted a message here a couple of days ago about not receiving SMS verification codes.

The thread was shut down by a (so called) expert who said they would pass my problem on to a specialist team, as I expected I have heard nothing from anyone at Etsy, in spite of also sending a PM to the 'expert'.

This is clearly a problem Etsy have with sending SMS messages to me but they won't help.

Is there anything I can do to escalate the problem to someone who can actually read and understand a message or email?

Hello,

The ETA for response varies on a case-by-case basis, and a separate team is handling your case. Any further communication on the matter, if applicable, will only occur directly with you, and via email.

use one of the 10 emergency codes, then go in and change it to e-mail rather than sms.

......

Sometimes it's not etsy, it's your telecoms provider

I don't have the codes.

It may be the telecoms provider, but I can't get Etsy to change it to email verification or remove 2FA, they give stock answers with questions that I can't answer without getting into my shop.

@SpecialityPens   Did you print out the codes you received?  These are the codes to use.

How to Make Your Account More Secure – Etsy Help

Are you able to get into your shop?  Then turn of 2fa until you can get things sorted out.

Thanks for your reply.

I didn't either receive the codes or didn't save them.

No, I can't get into my shop because I'm not receiving the SMS verification messages.

I have logged on to this forum using another of my shop ID's.
