Major Bug with Shipping Upgrades: Inconsistent Delivery Estimates

Good morning!

I'm using a shipping profile with custom shipping settings and manually entered delivery date estimates, including two shipping upgrades. Not from the US or Canada; therefore, using a fixed rate instead of calculated shipping.

Standard: up to 3 weeks;
Expedited: up to 2 weeks;
Express: up to 4 business days.

For some countries, the delivery estimates are shown correctly in the drop-down menu at checkout. For example: Estonia, Japan, Mexico, and New Zealand.

However, for other countries, the same estimated delivery date is displayed, regardless of the shipping upgrade selected. This happens with countries like Australia, Canada, Germany, and the United States.

I can't find a logical reason for this inconsistency. Even countries that fall under the same shipping profile (e.g., Japan vs. Canada) show significantly different estimated delivery dates. To clarify, I am not using calculated shipping; all delivery date estimates are manually entered.

Tested on different devices and browsers.

Has anyone else experienced this? If you're using fixed-cost shipping, please take a look at how shipping upgrades appear to your buyers in different countries. Wishing you all a lovely day!

There are several shipping time bugs floating around right now which is highly concerning going into 4th quarter prime shipping time.   

I have experimented and Etsy is not appropriately calculating processing time before starting the shipping clock for fixed rate or calculated shipping, therefore in some cases, the buyer expects to receive their order the next day after purchasing.   
This is not only incorrect but highly improbable - even in the same state!    In some cases, ESPECIALLY the same state.   I've had a few orders that are literally going down the street take longer than an order crossing the country from MD to CA.

I guess calculated shipping is a different beast. However, using fixed-cost shipping and buying my own labels, the estimated shipping dates should be pretty straightforward. If I enter a delivery time of 2-4 days via express courier, I expect the estimate to show 2-4 days plus processing time, not multiple weeks. Any input from sellers who ship worldwide would be appreciated. Does it work correctly on your end?
