I am not receiving SMS verification codes.
I have contacted support who are as much use as a chocolate fire guard and keep asking for information that I can only get after I've logged into my account with the code they are not sending.
Is there any way to escalate the issue to someone who actually can read a message, understand it and do something about it?

I have either lost or didn't get the backup code for that seller account, not this one.
