Not receiving Email notifications of sales

Anyone else not receiving email notifications of sales? I am still bring notified from the app, but haven’t had one email notification since last night. I’m still getting emails for conversations and everything else, just not actual sales. This happening to anyone else?

I’ve been reading it is a thing of late. Not experienced it myself. I would hate to lose that function. Sounds like a glitch.

I’m getting all my cha-chings, but that’s the only way I know I have a sale because I’m not getting email notifications.

Email notifications about sales have been haphazard for many of us for at least a year.  There has been at least one post a week about this for months now.  All sellers should check their shop accounts every day anyway, so it really isn’t that big a deal.  I kinda like having less emails.

Received two orders this morning and no notifications via email. Luckily I found them just updating a listing. Also, had a 3 star review from a customer saying I never replied to her inquiries. I replied within 24 hrs and it shows in my messages but never received any follow up messages from her. Now I'm wondering if she did message me and got no response.

@SparkleandSparrow: This forum is full of lots and lots of threads about issues with app and eMail notifications.

Presuming that the eMail was sent, many bad things can happen after the eMail has left Etsy's eMail server. Your eMail provider or Internet Service Provider or even a relaying server could be blocking the eMail in error and it never even makes it to your eMail client much less your SPAM or junk folder.

If you are not receiving any Etsy eMails, you may want to check that your eMail address is still confirmed. You can do that it your Account Settings.

Again presuming that the eMail was sent and depending on where in the process the eMail was blocked and who your eMail provider is, sometimes whitelisting the sending domain can help.

Thank you for your response. I’ve been selling on Etsy for 11 years and never had this issue, so it’s just a little worrisome, I haven’t seen any posts about this in particular where they are getting all Etsy emails except for ones about sales. All app notifications are coming through, and all email (refunds, conversations, etc) are coming through, just not sales. It’s just weird that all of a sudden this would happen and nothing has changed on our end.

I receive sales notifications (cha-ching) in the app on my phone, but not through email.  It just started yesterday or the day before.  I receive all other email notifications as I always have.  No changes have been made to any of my settings or listings.  It only affects the sales emails.  Not sure why it's happening ... just need to keep my phone handy so I hear the notifications through the app.

I also am not receiving sale emails, getting other emails from etsy, just no sale ones, haven't changed any settings and it only started happening at the weekend and I've been selling on etsy for 3 years now.

My last two orders didn’t come via email and o did miss one for 36 hours as I was away .  
live tried to go into settings on my account but no where can I find an email tab, or notifications tab.  This seems to have happened after I Recently completed Etsys request to provide Tax details (UK).  At least I know it’s not just me. I wish if there was a bug in the system that Etsy would just give us a heads up and let us know in advance.  it is just so hard to contact them direct I couldn’t find anyway of messaging them.  The platform when it works but when it doesn’t work, it’s just so hard to make any contact with them.
