In the past few months I have had few of customers letting me know that 'their conversation box with has been lost' No every clients. But from my side, They is no any issue. I was worrying about this issue since few months as I get messaged from new clients but sometimes I don't get reply from them, or after discussing everything about the projects. I am thinking that they are keep losing the messages from me. As some customers has been letting me know that. It is impact to my sales so really looking for help. Is this technical issue ?
