Not letting buy anything

I've had several massages saying there payment/order won't go through. And it says it's a issue on my side.

Re: Not letting buy anything

I tried and I can buy.

It's probably scammers, Etsy is absolutely rife with them right now, be careful. Don't take a sale off Etsy, and don't give out any information to them.

Cool masks, BTW

Should I report the messages?

Send them to your spam file. Hopefully that will do it.

Marking the messages as spam is the way to report them.  It brings them to Etsy's attention, and they will take action to remove the accounts.

Re: Not letting buy anything

You don't have any orders. Scammers are targeting new sellers. And there is no issue on your side. Just put the message into your spam

Re: Not letting buy anything

These are scam attempts.  Your shop shows no sales.  Mark the messages as spam and DO NOT REPLY.  They are trying to take you off Etsy where they will ask for financial details to "confirm" your account.  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION or CLICK ANY LINKS IN MESSAGES.

If you receive a message you think sounds off, look to your left at the folders list, the third one down is FROM ETSY.  Click this and look to see if the message is in that folder.  If it is not there, it is NOT FROM ETSY.

You should take the time to read the information in the Seller Handbook (link at the top of the forums, and on your Dashboard page under Help).  It pays to learn what to expect when you really do get a sale, and how Etsy works following a sale.

Re: Not letting buy anything

@TheBoxShop0

Those message are from scammers. You as a seller have NOTHING to do with payments. It is between the customer and Etsy. Etsy will never involve you in the customers banking issues.

Scammers are targeting new sellers. Trying to get your personal info to steal your money. Lots of forums posts on this.

A True ETSY message has their own folder on your convo page. A real message will be there. Otherwise it is Spam. You need to mark it as such so it goes away.

@TheBoxShop0  here is a thread with examples of the scams, and links to Etsy's suggestions and warnings - I've described the things you will see with a REAL order -
