Not given star seller after meeting all the reqs ?

Hello everyone.

In my last 3 months I've met all 4 criteria for star seller, yet i have not been given my badge? 

Support says they cannot help me out?

Anyone else?

There are 5 criteria.

And even if all 5 are met, some sellers will not get Star Seller based on what they're selling.

for digital items there is 4. shipping doesnt count.

Then it's possible it is your TM infringing items.

Etsy has been cracking down on this in various ways, one of which is they take away the SS badge.

Since you don't have any of the individual badges and since your items are around $3 when not on sale for even less, I would guess you didn't have $300 worth of sales.  You have to sell 5 items and $300 for star seller besides the other criteria.

As i stated, i did meet all the reqs.. including the 300 dollars in sales over my review period. I had 4 check marks yesterday evening.

If you are selling illegal counterfeits, you won't get Star Seller.  Best to check out the TOUs for Etsy and then maybe you will be eligible next month.

Has it been 90 days since your first sale? That's the first requirement to even be eligible for the star or individual badges.

Are you looking at " Current Review Period" or "Last Review Period" data on the SSP Page?

" Current Review Period" relates to the Badge/s to be awarded 01 October

"Last Review Period" relates to the Badge/s awarded on 01 September

When was your first Order? If your first Order was 01 June or later, you will not qualify for SSP until 90 days after your first Order.

I went back and looked it was 12 of june i had my first sale. It was just not clear on my dashboard. Thank you
