Not getting email notifications for sales

I've recently stopped getting sales notifications in my account email. I have not been able to find a live chat option — Etsy just circles me back to How Can We Help. Ironically there is a Keep Commerce Human at the bottom of the Help pages.

Is live chat not a thing now?

Those emails are automatically sent but sometimes get hung up in servers

I don't think Etsy is required to send us an email when we get a sale.  At any rate, most sellers have learned to not entrust their business to Etsy and instead are logging into their shops at least once daily.

I was able to contact Etsy through the Contact Us, then the Buying On Etsy option. For whatever reason the chat was not an option for the Selling on Etsy option. It's there today, though. The chat sent me an email with several security/account related questions and the email notifications were turn back on. I check the shop several times a day, but I still like to get the email notifications as well.

Etsy's email (and seller app) notifications are sometimes unreliable. You really should be logging into your account from a web browser at least once a day to check on things.

This has been going on for years and Etsy has no clue as to why. I now get sales emails about 40% of the time after not getting any for about a year. Don't bother contacting them, they will just tell you to check your email settings and spam folder.

I stopped receiving them for about a week - then I started getting them again. I have no idea why.

I haven't received them for close to a year.

Keep on top of things by visiting your shop dashboard a few times a day.
