I am currently paying for 310 items in my shop, yet when I viewed my shop on my iPad or phone, only 192 items were showing up.
I followed the suggestion of putting my shop on Vacation mode, but when I turned it off , it now shows I only have 70 items!! What’s up with this and how can I fix the problem? Do I need to contact Etsy tech??
When I look at your shop home page the menu says you have 310 listings.

Maybe I takes a while to synchronise since you put the shop on vacation. It's been 3 hours since your post - how many are you seeing now?
I see 310 on a browser.
I counted them too, all 310 are displayed

Thanks, everyone, for your help. I appreciate your time and effort.
When I look at my shop using the Etsy app on my phone/tablet, it shows 310 items at the top, but if I scroll to the bottom it says, “192 of 192 items” and there is no way to see additional pages.
After I posted my message, my husband tried to find my shop using a browser and all items/pages were visible, so it seems to be an issue with the Etsy app, perhaps??
My concern is if someone finds my shop using the Etsy app and they want to just browse through my items, they aren’t seeing everything. They can do a search, of course, but if they don’t know what specific thing they are looking for, the search bar will be of no help. I don’t want to be paying Etsy for $300+ listings if potential customers are only seeing half of them.
Maybe my Etsy app on my phone is not up to date?? (I update every time I get a notification, so I don’t know…)
Will deleting the app and reinstalling it fix the issue??
