I've been trying to set up my shop but continue getting some apparent run-around. I set up an LLC for my business. I've spoken directly with the IRS. I've uploaded all salient documents to the ETSY site for review. However, my shop remains suspended waiting for someone to review the documents. It's literally been a month that I've been getting little to no contact from ETSY. Is there a way to get a person. I continue to try the Help page avenues but that just puts me in a circle with no options to open a ticket or speak (chat) with someone. When I did chat with someone last month, they opened a ticket but are, for the past few weeks, unresponsive to my request for updates.
How do I reach a person?
