I cant get my dashboard to load its been a few weeks now, just very slow only site i have to click wait bc it times out???

@JouleGrace   A few weeks; that's awful!  Are you using the mobile app (new one or older); or a browser.?
If you're using the app, try uninstalling and reinstalling it (I've never used it personally.  I use the same desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10).

If you are using a desktop computer and haven't yet done the following, try clearing cache/cookies; unplug your modem then plug back in.  Or try a different browser (older browsers are no longer supported by Etsy).
