Not able to edit Cover Photo in Pattern?

Hi!

When I enter Website Editor, and go to the Home Page, all that comes up to edit is my listing (I only have one), or the shop name or the logo. My Cover Photo does not appear so that I can edit it. I am not talking about a banner (which I know is made and edited under the Announcements tab.) Any help would be appreciated!

There is no tech support for Pattern shops.  That's one reason I gave it up after having it for years.

A cover photo is a banner.

It's just the name for the large banner.

That is true in the Etsy shop, but in Pattern, the Banner option (under the Marketing tab) is just a text announcement. Can't figure out how to get back to the Cover Photo in Pattern. It isn't coming up under the Website Editor in Pattern.

I don't know why it's not showing, but maybe try going to the Design section and the Brand to see if it shows there??  I have it available to edit there, too, so maybe that will work?  Maybe.

Thanks- I go to that section and it just shows my Shop name and icon and the lead picture of my listing. It is almost as if it is confusing my listing with the home page (I only have one listing).

Maybe add another listing?  That's my only other thought.  Maybe somehow the single listing *is* confusing it?

So two years later and I'm having this problem so it looks like it hasn't been fixed. Does anyone have a solution for this? I can upload photos in the website template but once I hit publish, they don't actually publish.

@CatsCoastalCrafts: Looking at other posts in this forum it really looks like Etsy has abandoned Pattern.

Don't know if this will help in your situation, but for some other issues using a different theme seemed to work.

@CatsCoastalCrafts Pattern seems to be having issues with items that require publishing.  Please report this directly to Etsy.
