I have been trying to list new work and the category area seems to not want to accept any categories. I can't save my work because it says error and I can't publish it. I'm at a stand still. Technical people can you help me with this. If this is the wrong place to bring technical problems can someone tell me where to ask. Thanks anybody!!!
I am having the same or similar problem; I've listed many pairs of earrings in the new format, but suddenly, Category is not working on my shop; I try clicking on Dangle and Drop Earrings, and nothing happens - then I cannot publish.
