Not able to create a new listing

I have been trying to create a new listing, however when I click on any of my current listings, the page is not loading properly and the copy/delete/share/edit/etc menu is in big letters on the left side of my screen. Anyone else having similar issues?

There were issues with Firefox and labels recently.  What browser are you using?

I have two other accounts and they appear okay, however, this account is not loading up properly. Any thoughts on this?

Using Google. I will try IE and see if there is any difference. I don't use FireFox.

Did you clear your cache? By Google, I assume you mean Chrome? Cache issues can cause what you describe.

I haven't recently, but I will try that as well. Funny how my other two shops are loading up just fine.

I also tried IE and the same issue is occurs.

IE is no longer supported. You shouldn't use it for anything.

I don't us IE. I just tried it to see if there was any difference, and of course there wasn't.

I did clear my cache on Chrome, wasn't much as I clear it frequently. Same issue... and again, it's just this account. My other two account are just fine.

Can you go to my site and click on any item and see how it loads up for you. Much appreciated.

When I click on a listing, the LISTING TOOLS are not across the top where they should be, they are large and off to the left and my entire listing is not there.

If you tried <ctrl><f5> from your browser while on the page it is unlikely to be your local cache. One possibility is server side caching by Etsy. Etsy pages are served by multiple servers and many pages use caching to reduce server load. One side effect of server side caching is that is possible a (breaking) update has not propagated to the server that your page is coming from. IF that is the case, not much to do but wait.

Well..it's been 4 hours and my items are still not fully loading when I click on one and I can't add any new listings. I'm at a loss.

Hey, I have the same problem and tomorrow I have a new collection launch, chaos. But I just downloaded the etsy seller app to my tablet and yes I can edit and vizualize. I hope it helps
