Trying to Create Listings??? Not Happening :-(

Hi all...

I've been trying to create new listings in my shop ALL DAY and something is up... or NOT Photos won't upload as they just keep spinning and the entire situation in trying to spiff my shop has been super slow since early this morning.

Anyone else having this issue? Etsy, please help!

@FunByJannieMac   Are you able to use the old listing form, if you are on desktop?  If you are using the app, can you try the browser site for mobile?

Yes, others are reporting issues with loading pictures.

Thanks so much for your response! Sometimes just knowing you're not the only one having issues helps :-)! And, yes, I'm on my desktop and using the old listing form... it is my favorite as the new one drives me bonkers...LOL!

I encountered this at one point with Etsy. If you can get into chat with support, they should escalate it for you. For me, I believe it was that I was in a test group. Once I contacted support I was taken out of the test and my pictures uploaded fine.

Awesome. It appears I am also in a test group that cannot upload photos. What is etsy testing here. Are we just selling dreams now. Without photos I am going to really need to get creative in describing my items. Maybe just a link in the description to a photo I host somewhere else will work if anyone can find the description.

This is the only platform that seems to put sellers in test that limit the ability to make the company revenue. I guess I will just list on other platforms until it figures itself out. I updated the app and still not working. I have tried 4G, 5G and wifi with and without VPN. 

If you are in the test group let me know if you figure it out.

If you are in charge of this test group and are reading this. Please clean out your desk and go home.

I too cannot add photos to my listings.  Guess I'll clean my house and try again later Oh joy!

No, not cleaning.  I hate cleaning and have been making new listings and cleaning up old ones all day just to avoid cleaning.  I am using a desktop with a Chrome browser and the old form and it has been working fine for a few hours.

I hear you.  I've been sleeping and waiting for the elves to show up at night for years.  If they don't get here soon, the health department will probably have something to say about it.
