Not able to adjust Thumbnails in listing... button grayed out on listing page

Just noticed on an item I listed earlier that the thumbnail did not save... When I try to adjust the thumbnail in the listing pages the "adjust thumbnail" button is grayed out... any suggestions would be appreciated... I listed two other listings earlier and the thumbnail saved on them, but not the last one...

I am having an issue with the thumbnail image as well.  When I go to edit it all I get is a page that says "apply" that lets me only enlarge the image only with the slide below the image.  What is going on?

One of the least useful aspects of Etsy. Terrible. Never easy, many times I need to go back and reset.

i keep resetting mine over and over again and am not able to fix them, its making my shop look terrible and unprofessional
