I am not able to add or edit any listing because it says I need to ENTER ITEM WEIGHT. However Item Weight is nowhere on my form.
When I contact support they keep saying they're having "technical issues" and thank you for reporting, but this has been happening for months. I can't even save the draft, it gives the same error. Even when I switch to "Classic Listing" it does the same.
Should I just GIVE UP on ETSY then!?
Anyone else having this issue?

Are you using calculated shipping?
Item weight is under shipping. Are you using the new form? There is a box under shipping. Where it says Item weight and size clcik on the box,
If you have a fixed shipping profile, select that, Since weight is not needed I think that box disappears. I use calculated shipping.

It's been going on for weeks! We can no longer list new inventory or edit any existing listings on either "new" form or the classic listing form!

I use fixed shipping so have not run into that. Are you able to use fixed shipping?
If you used fixed (flat) rate shipping you don't have to enter any weight.
I'm also having this problem, there is no "Item weight" anywhere on the page. Help!
I keep getting an error too. But it’s not actually telling me what I’m missing…I can’t find anything(!!) because I just copy and change words. UGH
Do your listings on the OLD form. The new form has a million glitches.

I was having the same issue but was finally able to publish. I choose to "enter custom shipping option" rather than choosing a shipping profile that I already had.
There's no way for me to enter custom shipping option. You name it and I've tried it! Etsy just doesn't care!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone gotten any support with this issue. Obviously I'm not the only one that is also dealing with this issue surrounding the shipping setup and from all the forum/community boards it looks like a VERY VERY LARGE GROUP of people are having the same issue. Any updates? Has anyone found out why this is going on and what's being done? I'm losing money and customers because I can't list my items without the shipping info. Thank you!!!

Can you try the copy function from an existing listing? Just a roundabout.

Same issue. My questions on a resolution were completely ignored by the advisor. Despite asking several times. I was not given a clear answer. Check it out. (I've blocked there name since I'm not malicious)

I’m currently experiencing an issue, and despite Etsy’s advice to clear my cache or try a different browser, the problem still isn’t resolved. Hopefully, someone can help find a solution, as Etsy’s support hasn’t been much help so far!
