I sell digital downloads and up until recently when I checked on my orders daily I could see exactly what files were downloaded and the date it was downloaded when I clicked on the order number. Now I only see two options - either downloaded/not downloaded on the main order screen and nothing is shown when I click on the order number. This is a real problem for me and other digital sellers!!! Sometimes customers order multiple files and miss downloading some of them and now I don't know if they got all the correct files from their order. I sell printable games with answer keys and customers are notorious for forgetting to download the answers. Now it just says downloaded and I can't see if they got the answer key or not (or if they got all the files if they purchased several) . Because of this change, I don't know important information to ensure my customers received all their files. Please change it back so digital sellers can see exactly which files were downloaded and when!!!!!
