Recently found out that many of my reponses to potential buyers' messgaes are going into their spam folder. This happens on initial response simoly replying to their question that are typically "is this something you can do/make?""
Would definitely explain why i dont hear back from most of the people who reach out. Indidnt make one single sale on etsy in all of 2024 and oaid on average 120$ per month on ads. So seems like a conflict of interest atbthe very least. Would love to know why this is happening. Also tested this out locally and 1 of the three people who sent me "test" messages received a reply that went staright to their spam folder. Also if ising the app the buyer cant even see the spam folder. Any input would be appreciated
