Not Receiving Transaction Emails!

As of last night I am not receiving transaction emails!

I only can see my orders when I sign in to Etsy.

Great to be getting orders--last night and this morning- but why aren't I getting transaction emails?

Those emails are auto sent but sometimes get hung up in servers.

Could be servers.  Could be your email provider changed protocol.

@rockystiersjewelry: There are lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with app and eMail notifications. As others have mentioned  many bad things can happen between Etsy's mail server and your eMail client. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop for messages and orders at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.

I get maybe 5 or 6 out of 10 emails on sales in this shop.  I learned months/years ago not to depend on the emails to run my business.  The only thing you can trust is to log into your shop at the least 1 or 2 times a day.

Example: Between last night and this morning, I had 3 sales - 1 email.

wow! that is crazy. We have had our shop since March 2011 and have received 100% of transaction emails up until last night!!!
