Not Receiving SMS Notification For Login HELP PLEASE

Hello,

I was going into my Etsy to update some settings and somehow it asked me to log back into my account. I have tried to have the code resent to my number several times but nothing is coming through and I cannot log into my account via web. I do not have two factor authentication turned on. 

Can anyone help with this issue? I need to get in to print out some labels/orders and cannot do so.

If you don't have two factor turned on there is no code to send.

Only if you have 2FA on your account would you get a code sent.. since you don't have it-- there is no code to send..

Can you get into your acct via another device? I would try that.. don't go thru the app-- try a browser on your device.. once in change passwords and sign up for 2FA.. and copy down those codes!
