Not Receiving Notifications (Sales Specifically) on Etsy Seller and Sell on Etsy Apps

Not receiving sales notifications on my Sell on Etsy app as well as the Etsy Seller app. I am getting plenty of notifications when people favorite items, but no "cha-ching" noise or little red "1" on the icon. It's causing me to nearly be late in shipping out items because I have to consciously tap on the icon to check throughout the day to ensure I am not missing any sales. It appears to be a bug that needs a fix. Have not changed a thing in settings, all toggled "on" and I am running the latest, updated versions of both apps. Thanks!

@GoWestDesignCA: There are innumerable posts in this forum about issues with the Etsy apps. The consensus is that a shop needs to check orders and messages at least once per day via a browser until these issues are resolved.

I am not receiving emails about sales for over a day. By the time I received the notice of my last sale I was late sending it. Took over 24 hours and never showed up in the app. Tried to contact Etsy. I guess that is impossible now, just get diverted to help screen over and over again.

Don't rely on emails or the app.  Check your shop at least once a day.  The apps need constant updating.  I only get a fraction of the emails I'm supposed to be getting, and it's been that way for years.

Yes, I went thru all the "fix" suggestions with support.  If I  get some emails for sales, convos, etc - but not others, then how can that be an issue on my end?

It's Etsy, they can't  / don't know how to fix it for a smooth and consistent Seller experience.  I'm not the only one.

I gave up, but while you try to get it fixed, get in the habit of checking your shop on a regular basis.

I am getting the same issues.  I only found out I had a sale by looking at the views on stats where my print said sold out.  I checked the orders page on my Mac, iPhone, and iPad....no orders.  I did find an email notification though.  No Cha-Ching, no red 1 on the apps.  No order in orders.  The order ad been placed at 10:30pm (in email). I kept clicking around the print that was out of stock and replenished it then it finally went to the app as the red one and order page, but no cha-ching.  This happened once before about two weeks ago, but I read on the forum that it sometimes happens when there is an IOS update and there was.  But this time no updates for the IOS nor the Etsy Seller App.  Today I set up my email notifications on gmail and iOS mail to notify me when I get a Etsy sale email in case and that took a lot of searching online for instructions so I hope that works.  I still  will be constantly checking all avenues from here on out.
