I haven’t been receiving Etsy emails for orders. Shipping label emails are still coming through. I’m wondering if this a glitch or something new.
When did they stop for you?
I haven't received an email for years.
I get their other emails. Yanno, the ones recommending items from my OWN shop. "Picked just for you". Pick this.

To be honest, I wouldn’t notice if I didn’t get an email for a sale. I rely on the cha-ching alert on my phone. That being said, I have been getting emails for sales. I just don’t look at them.
Do they even send emails? I do not even know. I only use my PC and phone to check and I work on my machine most of the day so I check it often enough for orders and emails I never have to worry.
If Etsy sends emails (I really do not even read emails that come to my etsy email ) I would double check spam filters and your spam folder.
@DangleFindings: Presuming that the eMail was sent, many bad things can happen after the eMail has left Etsy's eMail server. Your eMail provider or Internet Service Provider or even a relaying server could be blocking the eMail in error and it never even makes it to your eMail client much less your SPAM or junk folder.
Also, at least some of Etsy's eMail servers appear to be misconfigured - some inbound eMail servers attempt to validate the eMail and we have seen (and it has been confirmed by others) that some of the Etsy servers sometimes report (incorrectly) that the sender is not valid. If an inbound server receives this 'not a valid sender' response they will most probably discard the eMail without the recipient being aware of its existence.
None of us are getting the emails.
I get about half of the emails for my sales. Has been like this for years. Of course I get all of the Etsy promotional emails. Don't bother with Etsy help, they just give you canned answers and obvious possible causes. Just check your shop often and don't count on emails.
I use email only a backup. Always visit shop at least once a day if not more. Never trust email even though I have a reliable email service.
Never trust email to notify you. Log into your shop a few times each day.
Nobody said they are relying on the emails, we are questioning why we aren’t getting them.
Same. I just got on to ask the same question. Mine stopped this morning.
@greenmelonstudios I’m still getting the emails.
I am not. Stopped this morning, missing 7
