The number of orders that Etsy says have no tracking continues to grow.
I now have 45 orders that DO have tracking, were shipped out on time and most have already been delivered.
Whatever your engineers did last Friday clearly has not stopped new instances from occurring nor has it corrected existing instances.
I have both as well - some of my prior orders have been delivered with reviews left and still show pre-transit. Orders that I KNOW have been scanned because the mailman likes our front porch to hang out on (perfectly fine, that's why I put a chair out there for him) and sit for a bit while he scans my bin.
The last update I can find on the tech forum is from Friday. When you contact support now, they will no longer manually update. My complaint is that I don't care about the actual SSP badges but I do care if this is affecting placement in search - which no one really knows for fact. I ship every single order with tracking and on time; if I'm going to fail on a badge, I'd rather it be something I screw up instead of a technological failure.
still seeing it....started around March 4 as far as I can tell. I am using Pirate Ship, integrated with Etsy.
For me it started on March 9th. My shipment ts from the 7th went through fine
star seller is down from 100% to 91% through no fault of my own... I consistently use tracking on every order!!!
im down from 100% to 96%....7 orders missing tracking (which is incorrect)...smaller volume sellers must be hurting even more.
