Non riesco ad usare la app etsy

Non riesco ad usare la app etsy perché non ricevo mai il codice di sicurezza al mio numero di cellulare. Ho fatto diverse prove ma il mio telefono funziona. Mi potete dire come mai? Ogni volta devo accederci da PC, è molto scomodo.

Anche a me capita la stessa cosa.Pensavo di dover inserire i codici che Etsy mi aveva inviato ma evidentemente non e' cosi'.Hai risolto?

@UNICORNO87 @ZiettaCeramiche : There have been reports that the two factor authentication (2FA) codes are sometimes not sent if you are logged in on another device. Have you tried using the backup codes that you were able to generate when you set up 2FA ?
