No response to appeal

Hi I am new to Etsy and as soon as I set up my shop it was suspended. I sent an appeal and it was rejected within 3 mins so I’m guessing it was a bot, it let me appeal again and this one hasn’t had a response at all and it has passed the 14 days and now comes up with the original message to appeal? Am I wasting my time? 
any help would be much appreciated as I have no idea why and not sure if it’s a technical issue or did I miss something when setting up account

Give more information, such as what products did you sell?

the message in your shop is the message Etsy puts in when a shop is deleted/removed, not simply suspended.

We can't see what you were offering but if it violates Etsy's rules then that's the answer.

If you were removed, know that you can't ever open another shop or it will be removed, too.

There are other sites like Amazon & eBay if that fits your needs.

@CoquetteBath Not necessarily. Etsy puts this message when shop is temporarily suspended while they are still reviewing the case as well. There is a chance they might reopen it if policies were not violated.

not in my experience. Once I see that message, shop is poofed.

If they are checking, they will put in the vacation notice.

Bots are running the show here.  Often these brand new shop suspensions are done by bots for no reason and shops are eventually reinstated with not even a "sorry, my bad" from etsy.  welcome to etsy.
