I’ve been trying to contact Etsy support regarding an issue with my order/shop, but I haven’t received any response at all. Even their automated bot doesn’t seem to reply or offer any useful help.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue lately?
If you’ve found a better way to get in touch with them, I’d really appreciate any tips or advice.
I've never had chat so I use email. Contact us under Help. When you get a reply, reply back that you still need help.

@FossilsMaDino when Chat is frozen, you have to open an email ticket to unfreeze it. It took about a day to get fixed when it happened to me.
Most of the time it is quicker to see if a seller in the forum can assist with your query, other than that all you can do is wait for a automated reply from Etsy and keep replying with "still need help" until an actual real human replies.
