No more favorite shops updates.

I don't know if this is a technical issue, but for almost two weeks I get no more updates from my favorite shops, so I can't see if they listed new stuff I would be interested in. I feel this is a big reason as to why so many shop owners, myself included, are complaining about low sales over the last 2 weeks or so.

Etsy, please fix this.

I no longer have these either. There are "deals" and an annoying pop up about something saved for later in my cart.  

There are many, many reasons etsy sales are down and this could be one small piece.

I cannot see favourite shop updates  when using etsy on my laptop but they are showing in the etsy app on my mobile phone.

We have a lot of regular buyers who use their laptops when purchasing items from us so I have just logged this as a technical issue with etsy and fingers crossed it is fixed soon.

Is it possible that those sellers haven't added anything new for a while? I find the pop ups about things you've fav'd to be most annoying. I fav things for many reasons, not only because I want to buy them. I get the same pop up for an item that was nominated for the Etsy awards. I can't buy it because the seller doesn't ship to me but I wanted to support them for the peoples' choice.

I haven’t had any in a long time!  I was wondering about this earlier today.  I received these daily before.  It makes me wonder if my buyers that look for my updates are not receiving them.  I wish Etsy would get this fixed.  I don’t see these on my laptop or my iPhone.

This has been an ongoing problem for several years actually. First reported it back in 2021!

When updates work, my sales are better as I list new items every day. When they don’t work, it’s a dead zone.
