First thing to check: Is your credit card on file current/not expired?
Have you opened a ticket with support? If so, be sure to keep escalating the original ticket - starting a new one will put you to the back of the line. Unfortunately, Etsy staff isn't likely to see your issue here and they're the only ones who can tell you if your banking details need updating, etc.
Credit card is not expired. Where do I go to create a ticket. I thought this was the place. I'm in Canada and I know they had issues before and now come December 1st the same issue...last payment was 30Nov22. Can you direct me please ? Thanks!

@PickinsGalore - You are a star seller so look for access to chat in the shop manager. Many say it's well hidden, but right now you are still within Etsy's working/office hours. While Chat is outsourced, hopefully they can escalate the issue to the right person.
With less time sensitive issues, go to Shop Manager - Community & Help - Contact Us - Pick the best seller topic. Often you'll be led to various articles. Keep looking until you have the ability to click on the link "I still need help". Usually you will be sent to the send an email page. At times Chat may appear. Even rarer, the ability to enter your telephone number for a call back.
If all you can get to is email & Etsy sends a generic reply, respond to that email, that your issue is not resolved. Do not open a new help ticket. All that does is put you to the end of the line again.
