No messages received in Feb but didn’t receive star badge?

I didn’t receive any messages and the download is showing all January messages - it’s counting that for March too. Something is wrong so I’m not receiving star seller based on wrong info.

Ratings are for the prior 3 months. For March, use your data from December through February.

@BellflowerBotanicals: The download is for the April Star data (January, February, and March) - to see the data that applied to the March Star get the download from the "previous period" tab.
