No email received after a sale

I had 2 sales today and for the first time I can remember, I did NOT receive the usual confirmation email from etsy.

Is anyone else having this problem today?

It happens sometimes. That's why I always check my shop a few times a day.

Yes - I have multiple sales daily and I actually have not received email notifiers for any of those sales for several weeks - inconsistent at best prior to that.  I am just in the habit of checking the dashboard at regular intervals throughout the day instead of relying on the emails.

Yes, I have also had inconsistent emails in the last week or so.

Haven't received an email after a sale in a few weeks, but I checked my shop every few hours.

I have this happen but I think its on my provider's end...there are other emails I don't receive even though I know they were sent.

Yes, it started happening on the 20th of this month. No problems up until then.

I'm having this problem as well. It started yesterday, and is only affecting one of my two shops. I see that others are suggesting to check your shop frequently to stay on top of this. I do check my shop regularly - which is how I'm seeing the sales - but I shouldn't have to "double down" like this. Transaction notifications are a critical and basic function on any platform.

And yes, I have checked my email settings.

I haven't received any sales notification email since Oct 20. It's been 3 days. This never happened to me before.

Yesterday, I purchased and got the confirmation email as usual, but today, although I got the Paypal email I didn't get a purchase confirmation email from Etsy.

This just happened to me for the first time. Had a sale yesterday, must have come through just after I checked the shop. I normally get email notifications if I make a sale so I didn't worry but just checked my shop and found the sale! No emails or other notification from Etsy. I don't check my shop more than once or twice a day as I only sell intermittently.

No email notice for a sale this morning. First time this has happened. Etsy has always been great about notifying me of a sale.

This has been an ongoing issue for me. I receive other emails from Etsy, just not when i make a sale. It is affecting my shipments because I do no sell or check my shop regularly. I wish they would fix this!
