Wonder if anyone else has had this. Just been on with Etsy chat, my dispatch rate dropped to 99% saying I hadn't dispatched on time. When in fact I dispatched 3 days early with tracking.
Now this is weird, on the spreadsheet where they give you all the info, there is no actual dispatch date there, just a blank. Just looked at the original order and nothing, no dispatch date. Never had this before, Etsy chat said it is a technical error and the engineers are looking into it.
It's just really annoying because it's untrue, I know it seems small stuff but when you work well to get everything done the way it should and then get docked for it it seems a little unfair. Not only that, if this has only just happened now is it going to happen again soon....sorry, ranting.
But CHECK your orders, do they have dispatch dates? I never had this problem before, completely new problem to me this week, but also wanted to give a heads up to you all as it has been confirmed by Etsy chat today there is in fact a technical issue and there is a problem there with orders not given actual 'must be sent by' information. If I dropped to 99% from 1 order, many more 'false information or ghost dispatch dates' could do much damage. Also, love the way it says 99%....NOT BAD! 99% flipping brilliant and I loved my 100% LOL : ) It's not all about the SS, it's about have non received information, crucial information that we need and are judged on.
I asked can they 'repair' my stats, I have been told they will get back to me as the engineers are on it...mmmmm, you think?
Would be interested if anyone else has had this issue.

@SharonCreationCards: If you are referring to the 'scheduled to ship by date', this is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time. There is a November 2022 response ("solution") from an Etsy Admin to this issue at https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Missed-star-seller-due-to-apparently-missing-processi...
Unfortunately Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats. However they have sometimes been able to correct errors in the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively). Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.
A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.

SS badge, bizarre that it's possible to get 'dinked' for being good. Star Seller, more like Stress Seller. I feel more and more like I am back in school...and that was a LONG time ago LOL
