No cha ching for sale from yesterday?

Just checked my dashboard and saw I had a sale from 8 hours ago. Never received notification. Is there a glitch again?

I manually renew my items so I can control how many I sell so they were sold out until I happened to check my dashboard.

The ChaChing is never reliable.  Mine turned off, turned out it was a setting on my iPhone I needed to change.  Make a point to check your shop daily.

Yes, agree on cha ching not being reliable! I just didn't receive any kind of notification and saw it on my desktop. 

FYI I check my dashboard daily, several times a day lol. This happened while I was sleeping so I didn't notice until later when I checked.

I recently lost my sound notifications on the new app.  Deleted it, then re-installed, now it works.  But I always seem to miss the cha-chings - in the shower, sleeping, gardening, driving - LOL!

* By the way, if you have the sound notifications for messages checked off, you can troubleshoot it by asking someone to message you.  Usually if the messages work, the cha-ching works.

I normally don't have a problem with the sound and always receive notification of order until now lol.
