Captcha Weirdness

For months the captcha function has been funky.  Sometimes it would loop repeatedly, most recently it would gray out the sign in block after I input my password.  Per forum advice I could override this by refreshing the page. This weekend was the worst ever.  I received a pop up red block saying "captcha failed to load, try using a different browser or disabling ad blockers."  Googling fixes didn't help, as the results were forum posts requiring me to sign in--which the captcha was blocking.  Blocking on Firefox, Edge, & Chrome.  After posting on the Etsy Facebook page I received swift help and was able to sign in.

Unfortunately, it has gone back to where the sign in block is grayed out.  Who knows how long before it reverts to closing us out again?  Is there a way to remove the captcha permanently from our 3 shops' sign in pages?

I have the uneasy feeling I've stepped into the Twilight Zone.

I also have issues with Captcha causing me to try different pictures and won't allow me to enter my shop. 

The best solution is to DELETE all of the cookies in your computer!

Captcha places a cookie in your system, once deleted you can enter your shop.
