No answer from support

Hi,

I created a shop with correct data, but Etsy put me on vacation mode and does not offer any posibility to send my business document. I try to get answers from support for 4 weeks now. But do not get any answer. How long does an answer from Etsy support take?

When you sign up to Etsy, ID verification is automated, usually through a 3rd party like a credit agency.

If they are unable to verify you automatically, then a human has to verify manually, which can take much longer. The 48 hours is a standard automated reply, it can take weeks or even months.

To speed up the process, you need to make sure everything matches exactly, from location to ID information. If just one things is off, then you could be in for a long wait.

All data is correct and was already verified in an other Etsy shop.

I am not sure what you want to express with saying that. Of course they are not verified together. They were not set up the same time. I just mentioned it to proof that the data is correct. The problem is not, that I have to wait so long, the problem is, that Etsy is saying that there are missing or incorrect data.

I've been trying to get Etsy to properly verify my bank for nearly six months now, and despite already having funds in my account, they are in no hurry to get it to me. They refuse to process or release my hard-earned income, even though I have provided all the correct information.

Etsy has completely failed to do the right thing. I have sent numerous emails and support requests, yet they either go unanswered or are automatically closed without resolution. After months of being ignored and dismissed, Etsy has done absolutely nothing to fix this issue.
Their lack of action and communication is beyond unacceptable.

Check out this forum. That was also closed without a resolution; it's STILL not fixed.
