No answer from buyer....

Hi, 

I m waiting since many days for some informations (valid postal adress and phone number) from à buyer who maked an order on my Shop.

His postal adress contain some incohérences.... and i have the obligation to indicate the phone number on the custom paper. 

I sent to him many message, but no answers....

Is Etsy can send to him à message for me ?

Are you already overdue?

If not, extend the shop by date by clicking the order number and " further actions" and by selecting "update ship by" .

Add a text explaining you need info.

Send them an email as well, which you see see by clicking the little arrow beside their user name.

I hope this helps!

If not, cancel and refund in one step before you become overdue.

I don’t think Etsy can do it on your behalf. You can email the customer if you haven’t done already. You can add your phone number rather than theirs. Also have you checked address on Google?

As already said above, send the customer an email. Sometimes people don't get notified of messages sent through Etsy because of their settings or an app glitch. It's also possible they are busy and got sick or something. If your order is almost overdue, extend the processing times to allow some extra time to solve this.
