I have had sales in both shops this past week and didn't get a notification for either one. Has anyone else experience this lately? I only discovered them when I logged into my shipping account to ship sales from my own website and there were sales I didn't recognize!
You can't rely on emails for sales - I've had spotty emails from Etsy for years. Looking at my email this morning, of the 5 orders I had over the weekend, I only have two transaction emails. I get reliable notifications on the apps, but others do not. Only sure thing is to check your shop at least once a day.
I've always gotten the notification on the app and didn't even get that.
I am not getting an email when items are ordered and no email when monies are sent by Etsy I have had glitches before but not for this long. I am checking in the Etsy site for anything new and just hope I don't miss anything!

Choose from the options, after a few choices you'll reach a page with a grey "I still need help" button. Click on that to see options for live chat, email and/or call and click one to proceed.
Various people have been reporting notification issues and the more information that Etsy Support has about who is affected then the more likely they will figure out a common thread between them and be able to fix it.
I'm getting them, but apparently customers are not. I had a returning customer place a large order, and she was concerned when she didn't get an email. I reassured her that I did have her order, but she was like 'but I always get an email and didn't this time'...
This has started happening to me, sometimes I get the notification and sometimes I don't. I only sell intermittently so it is a nuisance to have to check everyday. It really doesn't work for me this way so I am thinking of looking for another site to sell on.
