Do they have a way of getting in touch with Etsy Support? This is ridiculous

You'll need to answer a few questions first, and keep scrolling down to look for "I still need help" - which should get you contact options.
I agree with those above, that you can ask here - as long as it doesn't contain personal info like Buyer communications - hopefully someone can head you in the right direction!
all you can do it send them an email and hope that eventually a real person with knowledge replies instead of a robot
The majority of issues a seller may have can be answered almost instantly right here...
As a general rule, you will get an answer quicker by posting your problem in the forum.
Forum readers reply a lot quicker than Etsy customer service.

I've been here since 2013. I prefer the forums. Queries are responded to by experienced sellers from all over the world. I continue to learn about Etsy nuances and get useful tips.
The only times I rely on Etsy support is for things that only Etsy can do ... e.g. dealing with an account security issue.
