Hi all!
I think there is a technical issue...! Just now 2 items have sold, but do not show in Orders and Shipping - they only show under Sold Out. And they are not shown under Recent Activity (Dashboard) either...
Glitch perhaps? Or maybe just delayed notification? Anyone else with this problem?

I had this happen a few days ago, and it appeared to be a delay. It eventually showed up in orders (maybe 15 minutes later?).
Same problem, customer made a purchase and nothing appear for an hour and start to be messaged ... but it is show on the day stat the sale was made
Mine is the same. I can't see what sold or who bought it
There are enough technical issues right now, without more!

Yep, having the same issue! Two orders showing on the dashboard, but no email notification, nothing in open orders, and no adjustment to my payment account. Guessing it's a glitch.
I received only one order today , but it showing I have 4 and the incorrect amopunt of money for todays order.
Yes, this happened to me yesterday and it's still the same today - it hasn't changed or updated or disappeared. It must be a glitch. Plus a customer tried to buy one of the phantom sold items but she said it sold before she could purchase.
Same for me too! Items showing as sold out, also showing on revenue but no new orders! This is of last night and now I’m starting to panic a little. So frustrating!
I'm starting to panic too..! Still going on - showing as sold out, showing on revenue, but no new orders! I put a shop announcement up last night about this so customers have a heads up.
Boring to don't have a message or alert from etsy, for tell us there is a bug, I have customer would like to purchase item, hundred of $ in lost / delayed
I am having this issue too.
This happened to me (showed 2 orders next to house icon but nothing in shipping). This glitch seems to have gone away by logging out of Etsy and then logging back in. Try this and see if it works for you.

I managed to get on chat with them and technical support are going to email me apparently… they said the attempts made by the customer to purchase the item that failed twice and then the item was out of stock has possibly shown up in the revenue by mistake! So we will see I guess… I did mention that it appears to be happening to hundreds of other sellers and had there been some some sort of glitch but I didn’t really get a response to that! Xxx
